Come in or sign up during your next scheduled appointment. When booking please let the front desk know that you would like to start your membership at that appointment.


Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out the required paperwork for membership sign-up. We have the option for a 6 month term or to continue an on-going membership until cancellation.
