Check-In
Body Beautiful Spa together with the technicians, therapists, nurses, and staff invite you to escape from life’s daily pressures and responsibilities, if only for a little while, and use your time with us to reflect and relax. We want your experience to be enjoyable, uplifting, and relaxing. To enhance your experience we ask that you turn your cell phones and pagers off, and leave your worries at home.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. This will allow ample time to complete our required paperwork and prepare you for your services. A late arrival may make it necessary for us reduce the time we are able to spend on your first service.
Age Requirement
We do offer treatments and services to our clients who are under the age of 18, but a parent or guardian must co-sign all Waiver of Liability and Consent Forms, and must be present in the service room for any closed-door services.
Children
For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, Body Beautiful Spa does not provide services to guests accompanied by children. Children who are not being treated must remain in the reception area. Children under 12 may not be left in our reception area without adult supervision. For safety, patient privacy, and insurance purposes, this policy is strictly enforced. If this policy is violated, our guest will need to reschedule their appointment.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that everyone has things that come up – work, kids, or emergencies, that prevent you from keeping an appointment that has been scheduled.
Many people do not understand that when we make appointments with you, that our staff is waiting to meet with you as much as you are with them. There are many times that other clients want the same times or appointments as you, and we cannot accommodate them due to our prior commitment to you.
We ask that all appointments be reserved with a major credit card, or valid gift certificate. Because we want to provide each of our clients with a tranquil experience from the moment they schedule their appointment, we are more than willing to cancel or reschedule you appointment if you do so in a reasonable amount of time. We kindly request the courtesy of giving us a 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
If you choose to cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, we do charge $25 for medical services or 50% of the value of your scheduled appointment to your credit card or gift certificate, whichever is more.
We strictly adhere to these policies for the benefit of all of our clients and staff, and appreciate your understanding.
- Appointments made within 24 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees.
- NO SHOWS are Charged the Full Amount of All Scheduled Treatments.
- We Reserve the Right to Charge Late Appointments for the Full Value of ALL Services Booked.
- Email appointment cancellations are not accepted.
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your timely arrival is appreciated.
